As a courtesy to myself and other clients , appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If the appointment is cancelled an hour or less of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show (please see No-Show policy below.) I do understand that things can happen that are out of your control, and for this there is one grace cancelation per year/per client that the cancellation fee will be waived.
If you are ever running late to your appointment, you will still get the remainder of your appointment time, however it will still be at the full cost of what was booked. For example , if you are 30 minutes late to a volume fill, you will still be charged at volume fill pricing, not at mini-fill pricing. If you know you will be running more than 15 minutes late in advance, please text me and let me know, and I will try to see if I am able to move your full appointment to a later time that same day, but there are no guarantees that that will happen.
A No-Show is considered if the appointment is cancelled within an hour or less prior to the appointment time, or if the client has not shown up at all to the appointment. After the first no-show , a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required in order to rebook the next appointment. After the second no-show a 100% non- refundable deposit will be required to hold the appointment time. The third no-show will be on a same day booking basis only, in addition to a 100% non-refundable deposit in order to hold the appointment time. Any no-show past the third strike will no longer be accepted as a client. Thank you for your understanding!
Due to the nature of the service time and resources used, refunds will not be given on services, nor for products purchased. If you have any issues with your lash extensions please contact me within 48 hours for determination of eligibility of a complimentary adjustment.
